STUDIO RATES
The studio rental rate for personal and commercial purposes is $40 per hour.
Studio rental for personal & commercial photography or video
The $40-hour rate includes studio space, lighting equipment (as noted in the equipment list) paper backdrops, office, kitchenette, bathroom, various parking spaces. The minimum rental time for this rate is two hours. * Some restrictions apply.
Studio rental for educational workshops
The $40-hour rate includes studio space, 20 chairs, office, kitchenette, bathroom, various parking spaces. The minimum rental time for this rate is three hours. * Some restrictions apply.
• If you are a young or emerging designer and need a space exclusively for noncommercial workshop use, let us know.

A. Accessibility
The studio is located at a second floor and the access is through stairs. If you need specific accommodations for accessibility let us know.
B. Length of Use
Client must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if client and/or client’s party is late.
Stick to our reserved time, Any client that goes 15 minutes past the original end time of their booking will be charged an additional $40-hour rate.
Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.
All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) requires approval from company representative.
Inform Renter of anything you may notice might be wrong before starting your time. We recommend a 10-minute head start to check the premises before you begin your time.
C. Equipment
The $ 40-hour rate includes all equipment listed on the equipment list. Company agrees to provide equipment in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to suitability to the client’s purposes. Client shall notify company immediately of any malfunction, damage, or other issues with the equipment.
Background colors vary and are subject to availability. Additional backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $30 with a *15 days prior notice required. Requested background belongs to the studio not the client.

D. Damages
Client shall be solely responsible for any damage to company’s property or equipment that occurs during the time client or his party occupies the premises. Damage deposit will be held until repairs can be made. If damage exceeds amount of damage deposit, client agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damage equipment back to working condition. Client agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture and makeup station. While working in the studio, report damages, problems, or any concerns immediately to the studio personnel.
E. Conduct
Breaking any laws or bringing illegal items into the studio is prohibited. Maintain a clean and professional environment in the studio. Client shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying client while on company’s premised. Client agrees that company representative could be always present. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require client and client’s party to leave immediately. In such case no refund will be given for unused time. However, company and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases.
Respect our neighbors and keep the sound level down.
Alcohol consumption inside the studio or it's perimeter is prohibited. No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
F. Cleaning and Trash
Client agrees to leave premises and all contents in the same condition as they were, when client arrived, client will dispose of trash collected during the supplied trash cans (including bathroom). Client must discard larger items, such as props and set pieces. Props left in the studio will pay $20 dollars per hour inside the studio.
G. General
The maximum capacity in the studio for photography or video purposes is 12 people at any given time. The maximum capacity in the studio for educational workshop is 22 people at any given time.
Underage subjects or children are not allowed in the studio without adult supervision. Inform us beforehand if underaged subjects or children will be present and who are the assigned supervisors.
No weapons allowed inside the studio
No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
Paint, powders, and liquids that may affect the studio interior and electronic equipment are prohibited.
Do not use fire, explosives or any spark ignited item inside or outside the studio perimeter.
Don't touch lighting bulbs with bare hands.
Do not use any equipment you’re not familiar with.
Don't cut background paper just to remove small blemishes on the paper.
Don't step on background paper with outside shoes.
Use a towel and water to wipe shoes clean, tape the shoe soles before stepping in the backdrops.
Downloading or browsing malicious websites when we using the studio internet is prohibited.
Exceeding the studio maximum capacity of persons inside the studio at any given time or the capacity notified to the studio owner is prohibited. The maximum capacity for photography or video is 12 persons and the maximum capacity for workshop use is 20.
After using the studio lights, switch them off, unplug them and put them away. Take single use batteries of any battery powered equipment.
Photography/lighting consultation does not mean our selected photographer will be taking the photographs or designing the lighting. If you need a photographer, ask us for a quotation.
