• STUDIO RENTAL: Our studio rental rate is $40/hour for both personal and commercial use before 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, the rate increases to $60/hour, and for late-night sessions past midnight, the rate is $80/hour. All rentals include access to our basic lighting equipment at no extra cost. Want to see what’s included? Just let us know and we’ll gladly send you the equipment list.

IMPORTANT

Your studio rental time must include cleaning, and the studio must be organized by the end of your rental period. If you exceed the original end time of your booking by more than 15 minutes, an additional fee will be charged at a rate of $40 per hour before 8:00 PM and $80 per hour after 12:00 AM.
